Effective 10/01/24, Gunnison Tree Services is no longer offering payroll deduction for U.S. Legal Services. You must convert your plan to a direct pay method, using a credit/debit card, to keep your U.S. Legal Benefits. Your effective date and plan(s) will remain the same. A $2.00 monthly processing fee will be added to your plan(s) monthly premium. Your card will be charged within 24-48 business hours for the current month’s amount.
