The Business Defender Plan
The Business Defender Plan has been established to make available legal services at a reasonable cost to Business and Groups. The legal services described herein shall be furnished to Plan Member/Subscribers who wish to enroll and pay a monthly fee.

Your own qualified Attorney can provide legal services such as:

  • Letters and phone calls on your behalf.

  • Mechanics and other liens.
  • Debt collection and worthless checks.
  • Garnishments or attachments.

  • Civil Rights (Title VII).
  • Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Traffic violations.
  • Worker's compensation.
  • Insurance Law.
  • Major litigation defense for criminal & civil cases.
